Why Get Support?
Intimacy thrives with vulnerability, authenticity, and trust. That takes courage.
Throughout life, we build walls to protect ourselves from real and perceived pain and suffering.
We choose from fear and resistance. The unintended consequence is that we wall off connections,
and we may have challenges experiencing one, many, or all types of intimacy.
Some have experienced pain, rejection, and trauma throughout life or with partners. Others have never experienced true closeness with another person or just don't know how to get there. Many long-term relationships go on autopilot, where routine takes over and intimacy loses focus and drops away.
Whatever the barriers, it takes intention, strength, and resilience to break through, and
what's on the other side is invaluable. We can help you get there.
Intimacy is among the most powerful and transformative of human experiences.
It has profound and pervasive effects on the health and well-being of individuals and relationships.
There are many types, including emotional, intellectual, physical, financial, spiritual, and experiential.

She approaches intimacy with a welcoming, open, compassionate attitude, and believes the world would be a more vibrant, loving place if people could safely and freely discuss vulnerable, sensitive issues. Though Noor loves working with almost anyone, she is particularly passionate about working with diverse and non-traditional individuals and partners.
This is an inclusive, nonjudgmental space. Talking about intimacy and all that comes with it can be scary and unfamiliar.
